You will be responsible for managing the relationship with a select number of key accounts to ensure growth of both revenue and profitability to meet company targets. Responsibilities: Develop and expand relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Become a trusted advisor to the client and leverage this trust to strategically grow and strengthen the account Manage external and internal personnel and department performance to support client’s requirements Develop and maintain account plans to ensure meeting growth targets Advise internal stakeholders to help shape strategic plans to ensure long-term relevance of our products and services to our key accounts Develop a deep understanding of customer’s business (and industry) in order to continuously and proactively assess, clarify and validates customer needs, both short and long term Work closely with cross-functional teams accordingly to ensure client happiness Provide regular feedback on streamline and automation suggestions which assist to develop our core software product Requirements Qualifications: Min. 2 years relevant experience in account management or supply chain management with proven track record Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with CxO level contacts Strong technical background and very comfortable with web apps, productivity tools, and can provide good feedback and advice from a technical perspective Proficient in both written and spoken English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus) Must be comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment Works as a team player and takes pride in good work Pro-activity and problem-solving is in your DNA Knowledge of ecommerce and/or logistics a huge plus Experience working in a remote environment.
