This is a Construction Company mainly into building materials for residential, non-residential, etc.
● Processes check payments to suppliers and cash funds to employees.
● Creates Purchase Orders in the company’s internal software.
● Maintains monitoring of Invoicing to Clients and Cash Receipts
● Performs some of the administrative operations of the company.
● Perform Ad Hoc Tasks.
● Bachelor’s Degree holder
● 1 year experience in accounting and administrative
● Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook)
● Experience with an ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
