Accounting Assistant

Description:

  • Process bills for payment
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Maintain files and electronic records
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Update and maintain accounts database
  • Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the same field;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in
  • Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
  • With good communication and interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • Analytical and detailed-oriented;
  • Willing to be trained;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
