Job Description

Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Balesin Island, Quezon Province

-Preparation and processing of request for payment of all resort’s expenditures
-Handling petty cash fund (Release and Replenishments)
-Bank Reconciliation (Daily cash balance monitoring)
-Report Generation and review from PMS and POS systems
-DTR Preparation for payroll
-Inventory Reporting and Management
-Assist BMU Finance during month end reporting
-Assists in different government compliance applications (E.g.: BIR Reg, Looseleaf Application, Application for ATP, Bus. Permits, others)
-Other financial and admin tasks as delegated


-Must be a graduate of accountancy or business related course
-With 2-5 years working experience
-Knowledgeable in Hotel accounting, -Hotel Management System (PMS) and Restaurant POS System
-Hotel Accounting experience is an advantage but not required
-Hands on experience with Quickbooks or equivalent accounting software
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-With good communications skills
Team player and highly motivated and eager to grow with the company
-Willing to be assigned in Balesin Island, Quezon Province
-Can start ASAP
