An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Asset Finance Brokerage for an experienced, vibrant and highly motivated General Administration Virtual Assistant.
Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced General Admin with experience within the financial services Industry.
Experience working within the Australian business world for clients such as Property Managers, Mortgage Brokers, Financial Planners would be highly beneficial.
This is not a role where you will be hiding away in a corner, you will be sitting in on client meetings with the director and engaging with our client base and developing our recommendations. You will be following the file from the initial client meeting all the way to submission, therefore a comprehensive understanding of this process is very important. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as well. Experience in developing processes to improve loan application efficiencies would be highly regarded.
You will be responsible for the following:
-Sitting in on client meetings and engaging as necessary
-Follow-up with clients on outstanding documentation
-Data entry and file submission management through client and aggregator portals.
-General assistance with other tasks
-Assist members with monitoring the financial performance of the organisation
-Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
-Maintain accurate financial and other records
-Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
-Setting clear team goals
-Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team
-Oversee day-to-day operation
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics
-Coaches, mentors, develops and motivates team members and takes corrective action when needed. Fairly
appraises staff performance against set performance standards.
-Creates a career plan and development plans for team members.
-Preferably with advanced knowledge on Finance administration.
-Good working knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience in data entry, document creation and general admin (in the Financial sector is beneficial)
-Incredible eye for detail, quality focused and process oriented
-Highly organized, process oriented
-Bachelor’s Degree (+)
-Proactive results driven and efficient
-Team player and leadership with ability to drive a team
Monthly Salary: Php 35,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
Probation: 6 months and after Probation
