Description:
- Support Sales Team in preparing documents
- Assist in the preparation of suppliers registration, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and shipping documents
- Shipping knowledge is preferable but not essential
- Maintaining spreadsheet
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Email communication with stakeholders
- Adhoc duties as per instruction of line manager.
Requirements:
