• Support Sales Team in preparing documents
  • Assist in the preparation of suppliers registration, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and shipping documents
  • Shipping knowledge is preferable but not essential
  • Maintaining spreadsheet
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Email communication with stakeholders
  • Adhoc duties as per instruction of line manager.
