JOB OVERVIEW We are a financial company looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant due to our growth. Potential to turn into a Full-Time position. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – Approximately 30 hours per week Responsibilities: Providing administrative support, data entry support, and general office support, including but not limited to: Enter data into company software systems Assist with mailings Assist with other related clerical duties for all departments such as photocopying, faxing, filing, scanning, and creating business correspondence and reports Complete tasks with accuracy and within a timely manner Requirements: Clean background check Proficient in Word and Excel Strong organization skills Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, but also able to accept direction on given assignments Fast learner, detail oriented, complete tasks in a timely manner with accuracy Current driver’s license Experience: · Administrative experience required SKILL SUMMARY Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant) Data Entry Project Coordinator
