JOB OVERVIEW Looking for a extremely experienced individual to act as a account/business manager for 3rd party Amazon based business. Your roles would include: Monitoring all listings (checking any issues with detail pages, reviews, monitoring product ranking changes), monitoring competitors (changes to pricing, listings, ranking), monitoring/managing stock levels (including monitoring shipments being sent in, ensuring there will be no issues to stock, if so acting accordingly) , monitoring sales, creating deals/coupons, promotions as a reaction to changes or upcoming events, contacting and following up with seller support on any issues that arise, monitoring seller feedback, monitoring voice of the customer, monitoring returns, monitoring followup emails being sent, replying to customers. You will also be dealing with me on a daily basis regarding the state of the business and future planning. You must be available 7 days a week however you will not be required to work significant hours on those days. Please answer the following questions to be considered: 1.
