JOB OVERVIEW I am looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central virtual assistant. This person needs to be able to respond to all questions, return authorization requests, order cancellation requests, emails from Amazon, and also be able to fix inactive listings. We need someone who understands the Amazon A-Z guarantee and who knows how to limit our exposure to free returns. The perfect candidate needs experience doing all the above. We only have 3-8 products on Amazon at one time. We also only have about six weeks left of inventory. We currently handle about 10-20 emails/cancellations/refunds per day. This position is temporary.
