No. of Positions 1 Job Description Purpose: Global Billing Operations in Finance Operations performs activities supporting various Shell businesses including Retail, Commercial Fleet, and Aviation among others. As a global team operating out of 2 main hubs in SBO Manila and Krakow, we manage over USD100b of annual sales with over USD40b in working capital for Shell. Our process aims for flawless delivery, continuously improved cash and cost as well as customer experience. The Wetstock/CWR is part of Global Billing Organisation (GBO) and sits at the tail end of the Retailer Billing Bill to Cash process for Retail Business. The Wetstock/CWR ensures that inventory exists and is valued accurately and that any variances between physical stock and book balance is accounted for The team manage the reconciliation to GSAP for all Retail Business Agreement (RBA) site Globally. The team also performs the Daily Site Operational Wetstock through CWR process for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. The Billing Operations Wetstock/CWR analyst is expected to have the relevant technical competencies to ensure that all beginning inventory, closing inventory, deliveries and sales transactions that take place at stations are properly captured from source through various ERPs to enable accurate and timely reconciliation. This role will work closely with the Team Manager and the assigned Wetstock/CWR Specialist in the delivery of the team’s priorities in alignment with the business goals. Accountabilities 1. Timely and accurate inventory of all RBA sites per material and ensure that any variances between physical stock and book balance is escalated and accounted. 2. Understanding of E2E process and data flow of Wetstock and Retailer Billing Processes. 3. Support implementation and issue resolution during change management, GSAP bundle Release and Retrofits. 4. Preparing monthly account analysis for KPI and Retail Business reporting 5. Work with various Shell partners to identify and develop necessary procedures that will enable the timely recording and balancing of transactions 6. Executes controls operating procedures effectively and safeguard control evidences essential for occasional walkthroughs of internal and external auditors. 7. Support SOX documentation maintenance and internal/external audits walkthroughs 8. Answer stakeholders requests for information 9. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner 10. Act as an effective team player 11. Maintain and implement agreed self-development plan 12.
