This position is expected to expand local distribution in Ilo Ilo, Bacolod, Bohol and nearby area. · Execute business development plans, customer development and growth strategies for new and existing offerings. · Identify new prospective customers and qualify new sales opportunities. · Manage inbound and outbound logistics. · Sell and distribute feed macro materials like Soybean Meal, Coprameal, Feedwheat, etc. · Manage customer relationship · Handle and solve customer complaints (delivery, quality, etc) · Gather market intelligence (local prices, competition, players, etc) and report daily to Distributions Manager · Protect company assets and interests. · Represent the company in the area. · Create stability and Drive growth in the area. Leverage proprietary Intellectual Property and technology to address customer needs, linked to product and service sales. · Lead customer-facing efforts to generate demand. · Ensure proper weights and quality of inbound/outbound materials. · Prepares reports and provide trade/logistics information relevant to the business. · Adhere to the company’s environment, health and safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Required Qualifications Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fields of study. At least one (1) year of progressive external sales and business development with a good track record and experience in the Industry. Strong understanding of Key Account Management, including good prospecting and closing skills. Proven leader with strong analytical and conceptual skills. Strong communication skills Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within business-to-business sales, preferably in agriculture products selling. Willing to travel around Visayas island – Iloilo, Bacolod, Bohol, etc Preferred Qualification 2 years of progressive external sales and business development with a good track record and experience in the Industry.
