Description:

  • Recruit, train and develop a sales team
  • Market and Promotes Avida projects as well as its affiliates by recruiting the required number of Branch Managers for his/her assigned project focus on or before accreditation.
  • Create, organize and implement marketing strategies for his/her group in geared towards ASC
  • Supervise marketing and sales activities of his group within the coverage of territory
  • Ensure achievements of quota targets of focus project/s
  • Shall provide administrative support and documentation services as may be necessary or preferable, to assist his/her team
  • Shall abide all the policies and procedures promulgated by ASC and Avida
  • Area Sales Director shall render such other duties as may require by Avida Sales from time to time
  • Shall immediately resolve cases raised by his/her team

Requirements:

  • A graduate of any 4year course preferably business course
  • With extensive background in Customer Service, Marketing & Sales
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • With experience on the following:
  • Leading a group/sales team
  • Recruit, train and develop sales teams
  • Sales Planning
  • Create, organize and implement marketing strategies
  • Corporate / Institutional Selling

  • Real Estate Broker

Job Type: Full-time Independent Contractor

Average Monthly Income: Php50,000.00 to Php100,000.00 /month
