Description:

Over all in-charge of quality products and services directing the delivery of customer service and other related functions in the resort.

Requirements:

a. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

b. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

c. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

e. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, guest, top management, and client groups.

f. Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in critical to success. Must be professional at setting priorities and coping with competing demands.

g. Excellent time-management and general organization skills.

h. High level of integrity and ethics.
