Directly handles the acceptance of all customer initiated contacts that were received by Inbound Unit thru UnionBank’s hotline and correspondence channels. He/she provides the appropriate response to the customer’s inquiry, requests or complaints.
Should be wiling to work on night shift and shifting schedule
Wiling to work during weekends and holidays
Willing to work on site (UBP or Laguna)
