JobDescription : The Role: Associate Product Manager, Fundamentals The Location: Makati City The Team: The Data & Analytics Team is a Cross Segment team that provides solutions to our clients that are essential to help them meet the demands of today’s ever-changing environment with a focus on our core values of Integrity, Excellence, and Relevance. The Data & Analytics team works in close collaboration with internal Market Intelligence divisions and teams, including Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Client Services, Content, and Technology. In addition, the team works closely with our clients to define and deliver the roadmap for multiple capabilities on the platform. The Impact: The Fundamentals Associate Product Manager will play an integral role supporting strategy and execution of our Fundamentals offering on the CIQ and MI platforms. You will work closely with Content, Technology, and Commercial to design, develop and go-to-market with solutions catered towards driving value for our clients. The Opportunity: Extraordinary opportunity to shape the vision for our Fundamentals offering on the CIQ and MI platforms, one of the higher valued datasets for our clients Interaction with partners across a wide range of locations and business areas, growing key skills such as time management, stakeholder engagement, and communication Exposure to many different roles and responsibilities, allowing you to build on your capabilities and relationships Develop a strong working knowledge of Fundamentals data and processes, specifically related to but not limited to the difference between varying collection and presentations of Fundamentals data Develop an understanding for how clients at corporations, investment banks, investment managers and other financial services firms, as well as Government and Academic institutions utilize Fundamental data as part of their daily workflow Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to define the roadmap for Fundamentals, prioritizing key enhancements that will drive the highest client value Analyze and incorporate client feedback to drive product enhancements Support usage analysis and identify candidates for product targeting Collaborate with other product management teams including Cross Content, Segment, and S&P Global DTI Work closely with the development (technology) scrum teams to define business requirements and support product development of new enhancements in an agile based environment Support product testing of the existing platform and new enhancements to ensure all released solutions meet our high quality standards Become a subject matter expert to assist relationship managers, new sales, and client support with demonstrations and product/workflow understanding as it relates to Fundamentals Conduct market, company, and competitor research Basic Qualifications: Customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with stakeholders on all issues and always deliver a positive experience to customers Expertise collaborating on projects with a focus on execution and delivering long-term results Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects at the same time Strength in MS Excel A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality with the ability to work and thrive in a team environment Amenable to work the midshift. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with the Fundamentals dataset Agile (scrum) experience Expertise working directly with external clients Basic knowledge of the Business Development Life Cycle Experience with existing MI product suite – especially desktop and enterprise (e.g. MI Platform, CIQ, XF, etc.)
