Your task would be to spearhead a team of strategic learning delivery and learning strategy members to deliver top-notch talent development modules to a headcount of more than 10,000. About the AVP for Learning and Development Role: You will be responsible for all Manila learning strategies to support all the various business units related to sales, marketing, engineering, and most especially tech. You will be leading a university programme that would be unique to the company and work on cross-functional improvement projects as well to drive the business KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Establish relationships and provide consultation to stakeholders related to learning needs to solve business and developmental needs Deliver leadership training topics and programmes to the new team leaders Execute the learning road map to support business priorities Develop and utilise data analysis and measurements effectively to identify performance trends and implement learning to drive improvements Ensure all learning programmes have measurable impact to the KPIs of the business Effectively manage resources and develop contingency plans Partner with global learning colleagues to ensure learning initiatives are aligned and consistent Ongoing coaching and development of learning team Recruitment and retention of learning talents To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proven experience and success in training needs analysis, design, delivery and assessment. Key Requirements: Experience creating and managing a university programme for an organisation is an advantage Previous experience in customer service is essential Project management experience is valued Experience in working with training vendors on training needs identification, learning programme/class structure design and vendor classes quality evaluation Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint Must have a proven track record in achieving strong results as well as continually displaying initiatives to take on additional responsibilities towards professional growth Able to handle multiple projects under pressure, a team player with an ability to lead a team and motivate others Able to manage highly confidential information Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills Experience in financial services support is a plus Must be willing to work in Alabang Industry Standard Training Qualification This top Philippine company is a leader of its industry, with a creative culture and workforce, based in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.
