We are currently seeking a BIM Manager to join the Building, Infrastructure & Advanced Facilities (BIAF) team supporting the Philippine office. As the BIM Manager you will work closely with our project team you will play key role in in the implementation, configuration and on-going support of these technologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include Liaise with Organizationellers, Engineers, Project Manager/s & Design Manager/s about project BIM requirements. Be the focal point for any BIM related matter in the first instance, escalate to the TD for BIM (Asia) as required. Package up and send off high volume Organizationelling tasks to GID centres. Have a good understanding of the local BIM standards / requirements. Ensure drawings & Organizationels are completed to the desired quality, programme & budget. Ensure QA/ QC procedures are followed and deliverable release forms used from both GID centres & local staff. Advise Engineers, Project Manager/s & Design Manager/s of issues or delays as early as possible. Understanding Employers Information Requirements (EIR) documentation. Authoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Setting up Common Data Environments (CDEs). Organizationel auditing to ensure they’re fit for purpose. Automated Clash Detection. Assist with the upskilling of existing CAD, Engineering & Project Management staff. Arranging/ attending local & regional BIM working group monthly meetings. About you The successful candidate will have Engineering and Construction industry experience coupled with relevant qualifications Solid knowledge understanding and practical experience in Building Information Organizationelling Proficient use of BIM technology including file interoperability and information exchange process Experience in project delivery Excellent communication skills to communicate and effect changes and improvements Problem solving Strong attention to detail Have an ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and apply new skills brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and technologies. Experience with co-ordination software such as Navisworks. Knowledge of 3D software, such as; Civil 3D, AECOsim, REVIT, Tekla. Experience working within multi-national working environment would be beneficial.
