Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a European luxury bridal fashion boutique. Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional for the role of Bridal Consultant. The role will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The Bridal Consultant will assist bride-to-be clients and provide excellent in-store customer service. This role will directly report to the Store Manager. Job responsibilities Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service Strategize to meet assigned sales targets in the given timeline Maintain the proper display of goods in the store and ensure that they comply with the boutique’s image and standards Manage sales activity records and reports, appointment book, and store files Receive and process cash, check and credit card payments Proper management and care of the gowns, which includes ensuring that the gowns are cleaned and properly steamed or ironed Ensure all alterations needed for the gown have been completed and are in perfect condition before releasing to brides Job Requirements Minimum 2-year degree in business administration, marketing, fashion, or related field At least two years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with exposure in handling designer brands Knowledgeable in MS Office Excellent oral and written English skills Pleasing personality, goal-oriented and a self-starter Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
