They are currently seeking a sales and marketing professional for the job of Business Development Executive. Job Summary The Business Development Executive will oversee the business development efforts of the company within the assigned area with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels to the company’s expanding portfolio. Key job responsibilities include: Identify hotels that meet company standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. Pitch the company’s partnership proposal and negotiate commercial agreements with interested hotels Strengthen relationships with existing hotel owners and other relevant stakeholders Collaborate with other teams within the company (operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc.) Ensure smooth functioning of hotels on day-to-day basis Key job responsibilities include: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2 years extensive experience in business development, sales or partner acquisition Hospitality, FMCG, or Telco industry experience is an advantage Experience in an entrepreneurial or early stage start up environment is preferred Has the ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients Possess wide Philippine market knowledge is a must Must be goal-oriented, results-driven, confident and can work with minimal supervision Good communication skills and able to articulate properly
