If you are a highly experienced business development manager, or a qualified lawyer with sales experience, and you love to find and talk to business partners and clients, with a lot of autonomy and flexibility, this role is for you!

We are a small but growing legal marketplace start up looking for someone to help us grow our database of lawyer clients from the ground up. The role involves managing the end to end process starting from initial contact from a customer looking for a lawyer, to assessing their issue and finding a lawyer to assist.

It also involves research to find leads, as well as managing the database of leads and communicating over the phone and by email.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Friendly, likeable professional manner.
  • Legal experience is strongly preferred though we will consider stand out applicants with extensive business development experience and an ability to discuss technical, legal detail.
  • Proactive, ambitious, creative approach to work.
