· Shall contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

· Shall plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.

· Shall research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

· Shall increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

· Shall find and develop new markets and improving sales.

· Shall attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

· Shall develop quotes and proposals for clients.

· Shall develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

· Shall train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

· Shall saturate designated areas to build client pipeline.


· Any Sales background (Corporate) and preferably have an experience with Fintech company
