Job Description Key Accountabilities: Design, build and deploy business intelligence solutions based on specifications Enhance and improve implementation of business intelligence solutions Application stability and maintenance processes Specialty programming and scripting associated with QlikView, QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI and Tableau (or any other similar tool) Evaluate and improve existing Business Intelligence dashboards Administration of business intelligence solutions Execute database queries and conduct analyses Undertake projects and ad-hoc requests as required Help build center of excellence for Business Intelligence solutions implementations Other duties and tasks as assigned by Operations Management Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire: The candidate: Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, programming background preferred Atleast 2 years experience with data visualization or business intelligence development Project management experience preferred Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework Experienced with BI technologies (e.g. Qlikview, QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau) Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining Knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques preferred Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Understanding of design and development tools, SDLC methodologies and techniques, preferred Acute numerical and analytical skills. Intermediate mathematical skills Soft skills: Ability to allocate time efficiently, handle multiple demands and competing priorities Planning and organization skills, including the ability to prepare schedules and communicate status of overall development effort Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
