Our main markets are North America, South East Asia and other English speaking countries. About the position: Entrio is processing ecommerce orders for the Malaysian market. Your responsibilities as a Call Center Agent would be to proactively communicate with our customers – by phone, e-mail and messaging apps (ex: Whatsapp), addressing their questions regarding our product-line, active promotions as well as shipping fees. Occasionally, you will need to translate brief marketing materials or product descriptions from English to Bahasa Malay in writing. Language Requirements: To communicate with clients: Bahasa Malay / Level Required: Speaking: Excellent; Writing: Excellent. 2. To communicate with management: English / Level Required: Writing – Basic; Reading/Speaking – Intermediate. Position Requirements: Excellent communication skills and positive attitude. A dedicated team player, willing to meet and exceed company goals and objectives. You should be able to comfort clients, drive additional sales and upsells over the phone or via chat/messaging. Fluently spoken and written Bahasa Malay Language – our Malaysian customers should feel confident communicating with you; fluent English is considered an advantage Good computer skills – you will be filling-in order details, customers’ addresses and other info in a web-based platform and responding to emails, you should be comfortable doing that; Some written working level knowledge in English is essential for communicating internally in the organization. Any experience in Telesales, Marketing or Sales will be considered an advantage You may need to communicate with our partner companies in Malaysia on operational stuff. Who Would Be Our Ideal Candidate: A Native Bahasa Malay speaker. A candidate with previous Telemarketing or general Sales experience What We Offer: Salary: Fixed Base Salary + Competitive Performance-based Bonus Working Hours: Orders are serviced 5 days a week per call agent (distributed from Monday to Sunday in pre-agreed time schedule, but you will need to take Sat-Sun shifts on a regular basis) in this period you should be online on your personal computer, headphones and stable internet connection in a dedicated room free from ambient noises. Location: You are flexible to work remotely from home as long as you have a dedicated quiet place to work from, you will be required to work your full working hours as you would do in a regular office.
