- Responsible for answering all incoming calls and addressing all product related inquiries from customers
- Resolve customer concerns and issues
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Filipino who handled French-Canadian Account / stayed in Canada and fluent in speaking, reading and writing French
- Canadian national preferably with resident visa but open to process candidates without resident visa
- Preferably currently residing in the Philippines
