Responsibilities: Manage customer communications and marketing offers across the different channels (SMS, e-mail, Telesales, Citiphone, Citibank Online, Mobile App, Social Media, etc.). Manage synchronicity and synergy, manage customer fatigue and their channel preferences, manage optimization of delivery of offers to customers (who, how often, which offer, real time/ batch combination, which channel combinations) Create opportunities together with the business teams to optimize and increase campaigns effectivity and efficiency, improve response rates through optimization techniques and test and learn capabilities Lead the adoption of multiple campaign system platforms: Collaborate with regional and country project leads, pro-actively lead and participate in system development and project meetings Facilitate system testing; escalate issues encountered and follow-through until completion Drive adoption of the new platforms/functionalities, coordinate with cross-functional units to increase usage of the platforms Pro-actively monitor the performance and report the business benefits of the platforms to the senior management team Enforce the controls on the campaign process to ensure zero client complaints and no adverse business impact Lead and manage the onshore and offshore Philippines Campaigns Team. Ensure that the team correctly and timely executes marketing and service campaigns, monitor performance of the campaign systems and provide post-campaign performance results. Job Skills Required Bachelors or Master’s degree with strong academic background in a quantitative discipline like Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics 8+ years of working experience in a quantitative field, financial / credit card industry preferred Solid understanding of the consumer market, customer life cycle Strong analytical and practical problem solving abilities Strong communications (written, verbal presentations and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior-level executives Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude This is for a C13/VP level.
