Job Title: Group Finance Solutions Group – Change Analyst – AVP

Location: Manila

Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President

The primary role of Group Finance Solutions Group (GFSG) is to support Group Finance with delivery of its strategic, regulatory and process change, along with driving innovation & automation across the Finance Centers.

The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of various strategic and tactical initiatives in partnership with local and global stakeholders through the implementation of system enhancement and/or on-boarding to different reporting platforms deemed to be appropriate to adhere to regulatory or head office requirements.

The role also involves finding automation opportunities & innovative solutions for existing reporting challenges and system limitations.

In addition, the role will manage and deliver business requirements documentation, data Analysis, propose solutions and design, review of current and future data flow, UAT Preparation and Execution, DTO preparation and Post -Go live support depending on pre-agreed scope with the overall project manager.

Furthermore, the role will require collaborative engagement with key stakeholders including but not limited to Project SMEs, RTB SMEs and IT Teams, Senior Management and Auditors.

Your key responsibilities

Engage with program manager to plan & and assess project requirements (resourcing, systems, etc )

Lead the collation of RTB pain points, reporting requirements and able to translate or relate this to Business Requirements and map this to the Business Delivery e2e solution.

Spearhead process impact analysis and lead the Business Requirements delivery and discussions with IT and relevant stakeholders.

Provide clear strategy and direction to ensure that project deliverables fully meet the RTB requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Review and facilitate sign-off of the Business Requirements from RTB, IT Team and senior stakeholders.

Facilitate discussion with key stakeholders and Project team relating to project deliverables to facilitate a resolution, updates, escalating where appropriate.

Act as a key link between technology and business in translating business requirements

Manage conflicting priorities, observe proper escalation model as necessary

Lead and participate in department wide & global initiatives

Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance or any related course

Background in Financial Services Industry – preferably Investment Banking, Global Markets, Corporate Banking

Extensive years of experience in Finance/Business/Data Analysis within the Finance arena; Proven years of experience in financial Reporting and familiarity with various Reporting Platforms of Deutsche Bank

Advanced knowledge in MS Office products (Access/Excel)

Structured and independent approach to work

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and sound judgment is essential to succeed in this role.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting with senior stakeholders across locations and a strong passion to perform in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
