Job Description The Chinese Business Process Associate is responsible for processing, analyzing and completing Chinese/non-Chinese financial and non-financial transactions within pre-set service turn-around-time with quality standards. The job purpose is to ensure that the processors are able to meet individual and team goals in line with the team Service Level Agreement (SLA). Job Description: Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures Handle highly sensitive and heavily regulated Hong Kong Provident Fund Process indexing and data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity Consistently attain the service level set by the Company Practice good judgment in processing cases Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week Stay on-call on an as-needed basis during Saturdays and holidays Assist colleagues and other teams in their production work upon request Manage leaves/day-offs especially during peak season Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in related field Should have at least 1-year work experience Chinese-literate Good computer skills and with fast and accurate typing Adherence to quality service Excellent organizational skills and good numeric sense Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in writing Careful and attentive to details even when under time-constraints Team-oriented yet able to work independently Willing to render overtime work as needed Flexible and adaptable to change Proven ability to balance approach in different levels of transactions Effective communication and problem solving skills Willingness to experiment and take risks Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment With background/experience in insurance firm is an advantage Willing to work on Saturdays or Holidays whenever a business need calls for If you are ready to unleash your potential, it’s time to start your career with Manulife/John Hancock.
