Description:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and assists clients to their queries.
  • Promptly attend to client's complain
  • Respond to emails and other correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep records and monitors payment of the client for tracking purposes
  • Monitor Purchase Order particularly for clients with terms to avoid duplication of order

Requirements:

  • Male or Female
  • College graduate with any course
  • With good communication skills
  • Willing to do Admin work
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati, City
