Description:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and assists clients to their queries.
- Promptly attend to client's complain
- Respond to emails and other correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep records and monitors payment of the client for tracking purposes
- Monitor Purchase Order particularly for clients with terms to avoid duplication of order
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- College graduate with any course
- With good communication skills
- Willing to do Admin work
- Willing to be assigned in Makati, City
