Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Develops and administer collections program

2.Designs and implements processes to improve collection efficiency and past due ratio

3.Monitors and negotiates the collections of overdue accounts

4.Monitors collections processes and operations, makes recommendations on opportunities of

improvement.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Management Courses

2.Must have at least three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience.

3.Management experience

4.Computer literate and good communication skills.

5.Extensive knowledge of the function and the process
