Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking you to contact customers to determine the reason for payment and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls that are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens, and procedures. You will have a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. You may answer inquiries and resolve problems. Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. You will review/investigate, and negotiate receivable settlements, remittance tracking, database maintenance, documentation control, with the highest volume agents or special subscribers. You will work with the supervisor to ensure all assigned agent accounts are reconciled in order to have a solid starting point for recovering funds, work with Sales to coordinate the best attention to the agents. Perform various administrative functions including standard management reporting requirements and continue to maintain agents reconciled to achieve collection effort goals. As part of your role you need to analyze the risk of collection cases and different scenarios, to mitigate losses.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

English required, (76% B2+ – minimum)

Degree educated

1,5-3 years experience in finance, accounting or consumer and/or commercial collections

Strong written, verbal English

Knowledge in excel (certification is a plus)

Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and operational skills, ability to identify key issues and multi-task under tight deadlines
