MAIN JOB PURPOSE: This role will primarily lead different innovation research projects from ideation to final testing, lead meta-learnings and real-time innovation performance monitoring, as well as pilot new methods & approaches to the teams. As an expanded responsibility, the role will support the Consumer Insights Lead in landing strategic people, portfolio, channel and performance insights that drive business growth. JOB SUMMARY Core Responsibilities: Lead different innovation research projects from ideation/co-creation to final testing of the full mix Lead meta learnings, cross-pollination, innovation monitoring and real time management of innovation projects. Be responsible for building and developing relationships with the global-wide Innovation team and across key business partners including Marketing, R&D and Finance. Pilot new methods & approaches, technology and new suite of research toolkits across categories Work with early adopters’ communities to co-create new opportunities. Identify & integrate consumer insights into various innovation projects. Expanded Responsibilities: Assist the Insights Lead in delivering CMI requirements across BPC categories, particularly landing purpose, portfolio, channel and category/brand performance insights that drive business growth REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+years’ experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Innovation Research Passion for innovations, trends and creativity Connected externally with the latest competitive moves, innovation ideas and trends and acting with speed & agility in landing them in the business Ability to prioritise and deliver pipeline of innovations across brands and workstreams Experience in analysing Retail Audit, Consumer Panel, UAI Tracking a plus Strong quantitative and qualitative skills and project management skills Good analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision-making At ease in a facilitation role – helping to stimulate idea generation, thriving to co-create ideas together with marketing Analytical skill will be required in the team to review brand and innovation performance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: You should be proactive in identifying new trends and innovation ideas on various categories and acting with speed & agility in landing them with the business partners. You should be connected externally with the latest competitive moves, innovation ideas and trends. You need to demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, facilitation & presentation skills as you might be required to facilitate idea generation with marketing and also give internal presentations to senior brand and category leadership teams. You should have a founder mentality & Bias for Action in speed and simplification to embrace new disruptive innovation ideas that transform the business and unlock growth opportunities.
