Who you are and what we are seeking:

As our Country Cluster Manager (SG, MY, PH), you will be responsible for realising our business growth ambition across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines and lead a team of 20 media and campaign experts.

You are passionate about growing and leading a team to create a world-class and scalable business that supports the current and future needs of the company and delights our users.

You have probably worked in a technology start-up environment and have at least 15 years of work experience.

The things that you will look at:


  • Drive revenue growth via managed and programmatic sales streams
  • Manage relationships with agencies, government and direct clients. Develop deep relationships with new and existing clients to establish theAsianparent as a strategic partner
  • Leverage theAsianparent products and a suite of solutions to establish new business and retain existing businesses
  • Drive the strategic planning process, forecasting, tracking and reporting on sales performance
  • Attend marketing events and seminars as a representative of theAsianparent
  • Collaborate with the greater sales organization; client services, ad operations, and other internal teams to share knowledge, discuss challenges and to share best practices
  • Ensure the campaign delivery team delivers on 100% completion of projects, meets collection targets with finance and recruit the best talent across the cluster.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to track progress of traffic goals in the cluster


  • Developing a best-in-class revenue organisation which attracts and retains top talent and allows efficient and speedy agile delivery of scalable solutions for our business partners.
  • Build a strong pipeline of talent across the markets in the cluster


  • Possess at least 10-12 years of relevant experience in digital publishing and/or mobile advertising industry or equivalent
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft office suite, Google stack
