JOB OVERVIEW

***ONLY THOSE THAT HAVE US INSURANCE EXPERIENCE WILL BE SHORTLISTED.

  • Servicing client accounts, processing payments, quoting, and collecting data.
  • Working closely with Agents, Producers, Carriers, and other team members to

provide support.

  • Contacting clients regarding their accounts for payments, binding, data collection.

We’re looking for someone who

** Has at least solid background working with insurance agencies in the US.

** Has at least 2 years of Personal Lines and 1 year of Commercial experience.

** Is comfortable with digital systems such as Zoom, text messaging, phone systems

and email.

** Has knowledge of insurance terminology.

** Is comfortable with agency management systems (ezlynx) and carrier portals
(Nationwide, Markel, Liberty Mutual, Safeco, Progressive, etc…)

** Strong communication skills in English
