Our partner HGS Group is looking for a Customer Care Representative for Financial Account who is willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
-Must have completed 2 years in college level (without any back subject/s)
-Must have more than 6 months call center experience handling international accounts.
-Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with at least 1 year BPO voice experience.
-Exposure and knowledge of CSAT/NPS metric is preferred.
-Background with financial/sales international programs/accounts is preferred.
-Sales experience is an advantage.
-Strong English communication skills, both oral and written (at least neutral accent).
-Has exceptional customer service skills.
-Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Computer literate specifically in MS Excel.
-Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
-Temporary Work From Home Set up (Until further notice)
