Roles and Responsibilities
The Customer Development Specialist is in charge of hitting the target and growing the business of an assigned Area. The CDS is also responsible in ensuring proper coverage of relevant channel and execution of local and national Programs
Volume
· Deliver set objectives for the assigned area
· Grow the total business and categories
· Grow top accounts through execution of programs and regular engagement
· Provide Insights and Analysis on Distribution
· Maintain Inventory Control Objective on Distributor and Accounts
· Ensure Daily Sales outstanding targets are met (collection)
Distribution
· Maintain and effective and efficient coverage with balance of Profitability and Distribution
· Achieve set numeric and Weighted distribution
· Execution of Retail performance standard
· On hand Distribution monitoring
· Provide Insights and Analysis on Distribution
· Execution of Set Norms and Ways of Working
Merchandising
· Achieve visibility of Pioneer products in relevant channel
· Execution of Merchandising initiative
Promotion
· Execution of National and Local Programs
· Ensure proper documentation
Data Management
· Maintains Sales Database
· Maintains Account Database
· Safekeeping/Securing of pertinent document
Area/Account Knowledge
· Provide Insight, Analysis and Potential on each Area/Account
· Provide Local trends and Competitive activities in the Area/Account
· Provide Insights and Analysis on Year to Date, Month to Data performance of an Area/Account
Others
· Submission of regular reports
· Conducts Business Review with Distributors and Area Sales Managers/Regional Sales Managers
· Monthly Reconciliation with Pioneer and Distributor Finance Team
· Conducts Cycle Meeting with Distributor
· Conducts Check point meeting as needed/Based on Ways of Working
· Perform Profit and Loss analysis
· Perform/Facilitate B.O returns based on allowance

Requirements:
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· College graduate preferably degree course in Marketing, Business, Advertising or any related field
· At least two (2) years’ work experience as Distributor Manager or as Key Account Specialist
