Manage the planning and execution of customer campaigns through the timely delivery of the following — A clear and easy-to-understand Customer Communications campaign Strategy that uses a highly personalized approach for targeted customer segments A Communications Implementation plan which includes identifying the most relevant route to market based on the desired customer journey, producing content in its most efficient form, setting up program guidelines, aligning with various groups for process and system support, and briefing of key stakeholders (distribution, CSC, and hotline) for communication and training Communications campaign Review and Analyses which includes periodic tracking of the communications performance, identification of areas for improvement and opportunity, and preparation and release of performance reports to key stakeholders. Leads the planning and execution of nurturing customer communications for identified customer experiences Creation of relevant content that is executed in its most relevant and impactful form and aligned with Philam Life’s brand voice. Drives awareness of the digital experience Serves as digital champion for adoption across all business units Manages the existing customer database including the planning and execution of the campaign intended to secure and validate updated customer contact information. Manages allocated budget to ensure that company’s resources are fully maximized Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time in order to meet operational and other business requirements including the creation of rapid tactical responses to ad hoc opportunities and risks. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education – Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or any related field Experience – At least 5 years of relevant work experience focused on customer communications and campaigns; ideally, within the insurance industry. Experience in the use of sophisticated email, mobile, and digital customer engagement solutions to create effective customer communications strategies from concept to execution Should possess the following Possesses a strong creative ability and excellent skills in oral and written communication Strong project management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
