Description:

We are looking for a qualified team leader to lead the Customer Service and Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing, supervising and motivating team members on daily operations. As a leader, you will be the contact point for members, so your communication skills should be excellent and should be able to ensure smooth operations proactively and promote effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should engage the team to achieve goals and lead by setting a good example.

Responsibilities

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Set team goals

Delegate tasks and set deadline

Oversee day-to-day operations

Monitor and report team performance

Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

Listen to the team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments

Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers and effectively handling customer complaints

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years work experience as a team leader or supervisor in a BPO environment

Good knowledge of performance metrics

Technical skills and proficiency in using Google Sheets or MS Excel

Plumbing-related knowledge or experience is an edge but not required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Organisational and time management skills

Decision-making skills

Degree in Management and leading a training experience is an advantage but not required.

Exposure to Zendesk, Shopify and other tools is an advantage but not required.

Ability to learn quickly and work with various requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Have a team-oriented working style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles and personalities

Have a quiet work environment

Flexible to work on day schedule during weekdays and weekends.
