Will handle Customer inquiries from General questions, Product Specifics, Importation, Pricing, and the likes through the social media platform. Will coordinate across various Departments within the Operations to provide timely resolution to Customer’s inquiries. Will also do selling/upselling when the opportunity arises. Will handle Voice Calls to answer inquiries to provide a better experience of the Customers. Will have comprehensive knowledge of the company’s business model to answer all customer’s inquiries efficiently. Qualifications Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Other degrees are welcome too. Preferably with at least 6 months of working as a Customer Service Representative/Associate or Sales Related field. Preferably have experience in handling VIP/High Profile Customers Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills both in English and Filipino Good reasoning and negotiation skill At least 50 wpm typing capacity Must have “Outstanding Attendance Record and Great Attitude”.
