JOB OVERVIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensure that correct procedures are followed by the team members Routinely give instructions and directions to their team members on what to do and how to improve Identify member’s needs and intervene by giving coaches and advise to address those needs Monitor team member’s attendance, tasks and performance and making sure that it is aligned with the company policies and standards Set goals for team members to achieve as a way to spur performance and to measure effectiveness Get new team members up to speed on duties and expectations Think of ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction May assist the Training Manager in providing standardized trainings for the new team members Open to feedback from team members to gather ideas and perspective on how to increase productivity and how to better serve the clients. JOB QUALIFICATION: Has at least 1 year of previous work experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace High Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, Photoshop, Canva, Clickfunnels and/or Infusionsoft You need to have atleast 1 year of previous work experience in either web development, portal creation, email marketing, automation and integration, social media & digital marketing, video and photo editing. Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written Comfortable with English language, both verbal and written With background or willing to be trained with the latest frameworks of the digital marketing space Must own a personal laptop to use for work and a stable internet connection at home On-the-job training will be provided to bring the successful candidate up to speed with the latest strategy and implementation of those strategies in the digital marketing space.
