SUMMARY OF ROLE SunPower is seeking a Consumer Collections Department Manager to effectively manage overall portfolio delinquency within threshold for the US Residential & Commercial Assets managed by the Financial Products Asset Management team. The Department Manager reports to the Financial Services Operations Director and will be responsible for the strategic alignment of operations (Early & Late Stage Collection, Loss Mitigation and Recovery) within & outside of GBFS to meet financier and other requirements.
