Missions and Responsibilities Th Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer is responsible for supporting all Applications Projects in Southeast Asia. The mission of the E&I starts during the development phase with supporting the application engineers and their affiliates to develop and propose a competitive solution. The E&I Engineer must understand the control philosophy, the PLC programs and able to troubleshoot the equipment at customer sites in coordination with the CIS team and ensure smooth operation of customer process. The E&I engineer must prepare manuals, develop critical spare part lists and save information in a secure location. Other duties & accountabilities: Validate all drawings before manufacturing Coordinate manufacturing to check that as built equipment is as per the design philosophy Commission control systems at customer site Establish QC Procedures Train operators and engineers Prepare documents such as project documentation related to electrical designs, maintain standard parts list for electrical control systems, prepare manuals for electrical components and systems Establish Standard program blocks Competencies and Profile Understanding of program (Allen Bradley, Siemens etc) Working knowledge of electrical control cabinets Experience on maintenance and service engineer in the field of Instrumentation and Electrical components PLC Programming Additional information This role involves coordination with engineers from other regions, as well as customer technicians and managers.
