Description and Requirements The ERP Manager is the owner or subject matter expert of Workday Core HCM, security administration, business process, compensation, time tracking, absence, and end user experience. This position ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within Workday to support the administrators of all HR functions to include, on-boarding, compensation programs, annual performance reviews, benefits administration, payroll and reporting efforts. Main Responsibilities: Trouble-shoots customer and system issues including error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures. Research and propose modifications to system security to ensure data integrity and system stability. Assists in gathering and documenting business requirements and specifications and assists in completing testing as needed. Understands and supports integrations which transfer data between other applications. Assists in determining organizational needs for HR system implementation or upgrades by consulting with stakeholders. Provides input for designing and maintaining system configuration, specifications and works with stakeholders and project managers to develop and deploy system modifications. Reviews, researches and recommends updates and fixes Sets up and modifies configuration as directed. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and explains the reasoning behind processes performed by users to help their understanding. Documents reporting needs; looks for opportunities to develop and streamline reporting; works with IT and end users to allow more self-service reporting; trains users as needed.
