- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Food and Beverage Management or any related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong leadership skills

Requirements:
- Willing to travel and do field works / will visit stores Inside and outside Manila
- Oversee Operations of the Franchisee stores
- Identify potential clients and schedule appointments with them
- Initiate, establish and maintain business relationship with potential clients
- Develop proposal and present it to clients
- Ensures franchise legal documents and agreements are maintained up-to-date
- Update franchise stores on new product and promo roll-outs
- Manage and improve campaigns
- Attend weekly meeting to provide updates on franchising activities
