QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Food and Beverage Management or any related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • PR Skills
  • Client Relations Management

Requirements:

  1. Willing to travel and do field works / will visit stores Inside and outside Manila
  2. Oversee Operations of the Franchisee stores
  3. Identify potential clients and schedule appointments with them
  4. Initiate, establish and maintain business relationship with potential clients
  5. Develop proposal and present it to clients
  6. Ensures franchise legal documents and agreements are maintained up-to-date
  7. Update franchise stores on new product and promo roll-outs
  8. Manage and improve campaigns
  9. Attend weekly meeting to provide updates on franchising activities
