  • Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Preferably Foreign National who is fluent in French language
  • Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in both French and English
  • Technical knowledge is a plus
  • Willing to work in Manila or Cebu City


  • Communicate in French and English to clients.
  • Assure quality of customer service compliance.
  • Handling and providing solutions to technical issues for hardware/software problems of computer, mobile, tablet and router.
  • Discuss instruction to members for product, system and processes knowledge.
