Requirements
- Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder
- Preferably Foreign National who is fluent in French language
- Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage
- Proficient in both French and English
- Technical knowledge is a plus
- Willing to work in Manila or Cebu City
Responsibilities:
- Communicate in French and English to clients.
- Assure quality of customer service compliance.
- Handling and providing solutions to technical issues for hardware/software problems of computer, mobile, tablet and router.
- Discuss instruction to members for product, system and processes knowledge.
