- Proficient in both French and English
- Open for high school and college Level
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Must be willing to work onsite and work on a Shifting schedule
- Responsible in answering and resolving queries over the phone related to peripheral machines (printer)
- Set proper expectations to customers
- Following client processes and procedures processing information, orders, requests, or comments
- Sells and/or services client products
- Demonstrates excellent communication and computer skills.
- Establishes and develops relationships with client personnel, client partners and co-workers.
