Qualifications
Applicants will be rated based on the number of qualifications they check as listed below:
– Above average English communication
– Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
– Bonus hiring point for applicants experienced in Printing/Advertising Industries
Expectation and Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome customers and guests in reception area
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
– Order front office supplies
– Update calendars and schedule meetings
– Keep updated records of office sales and expenses
– Keep reception area clean and presentable
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
– Organized and exhibit time management skills
– Compute quotations accurately
Requirements:
Preferences:
– Preferably atleast 2 years of receptionist related experience or position
– Preferably with Bachelor's Degree
– Preferably in Makati
