We are looking for a remote recruiter for our company. This opportunity is excellent for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience in administrative work and Human Resources.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support.
  • Sourcing of resumes, job posting ads and screening for assigned positions.
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews with potential candidates.
  • Train and develop new recruits.

Prior experience in recruiting, customer service or sales is prefer but not required. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, we provide full training and growth opportunity.


  1. Exceptional written and spoken English
  2. Internet access and headphones with microphone
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
