Job Description • Escalate more complex problems to appropriate internal resources
- Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Improve our products and services by providing insightful feedback
- Build and maintain our internal systems and procedures
- Efficiently and effectively communicate with users who contact us via our designated support channels.
- Accurately identify, analyze, and resolve both technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Job Qualifications • Open for Native and Non-Native German speakers
- Proficient in German and English
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Customer Service experience in Healthcare Account is a big advantage
- Experience working in multi-channel support organizations.
- Must be willing to work in the Philippines
Compensation Range ₱50,000 – ₱80,000
