Job Description • Escalate more complex problems to appropriate internal resources

  • Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Improve our products and services by providing insightful feedback
  • Build and maintain our internal systems and procedures
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate with users who contact us via our designated support channels.
  • Accurately identify, analyze, and resolve both technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Job Qualifications • Open for Native and Non-Native German speakers

  • Proficient in German and English
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Customer Service experience in Healthcare Account is a big advantage
  • Experience working in multi-channel support organizations.
  • Must be willing to work in the Philippines

Compensation 75000
Compensation Range ₱50,000 – ₱80,000
