A new role has been created to assist Company globally to develop our HR Shared Service offering in Manila. The role will work closely with regional staff from around the world who are responsible for shared services and also local regional HR shared services / team leaders. The role will be based in Manila to lead and will work closely with the People Director – Global HR operations to deliver the strategy. The role requires an experienced leader to lead, further refine and implement the agreed Global HR Shared Services strategy and operating Organizationel. It also requires strong leadership to the local HRSS team, ensuring high levels of engagement across the team. Additionally, the person will need to build strong and credible relationships with international HR teams. In establishing a collaborative team culture, the role will lead a team of shared service staff that are responsible for global HR processes. It also requires a regular engagement with local Shared Services leadership team. Knowledge & Experience Strong people management and leadership experience ideally in a large outsourced Shared Services environment. Experience of growing and managing and evolving a global HRSS Organizationel. Experience of growing and shaping service capability, delivering outstanding HRSS solutions to business needs. Management of virtual work teams in an international environment. Knowledge and experience in using technology and automation to enhance service delivery. Provide strong leadership to the HRSS team ensuring high levels of engagement across the team. Lead the automation of HR services in line with the HR digital strategy. Be the subject matter expert on the development and delivery of a global HRSS function Key Accountabilities Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to Continue the implementation of the Global HR Shared Services Strategy by leading the global working group. Working with Global HCM Business Process Manager to identify opportunity for improvement to HR reporting and also drive the automation of HR processes and activities. Lead on HRSS process and workflow design to agreement with global HRLT Manage the day to day delivery and performance of the global HRSS function and team Assist in the implementation of the HR Digital strategy that is relevant to the having SS involvement, such as automation and data analytics. Implement and manage the HR help desk system to ensure the company has an efficient ticketing system to deal with HR requests from the regions. Develop an appropriate HR SS operating Organizationel and work with global stakeholders to align and phase in the adoption with Company Way and regional transition plans. Providing strong leadership to the global HR community to provide the operational direction for an effective and efficient global HR shared service. Collaborating with Regional HR operational / shared services leads and heads of function including L&D, Talent Acquisition, etc to understand and provide solutions to enable a shared services approach. Effectively manage HR stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction with HR Shared services. Facilitating communication between the regional and HRSS teams to ensure the capability of HRSS and fostering knowledge sharing. Creating opportunities to identify added value services. Plan, implement and measure their effectiveness. Constantly review and analyze working practices and develop plans to improve and enhance the service and efficiency within Shared Services. Responding to service issues in a timely and constructive way, providing advice and guidance for speedy investigation and resolution including root cause analysis and process improvement. Where appropriate undertake training needs analysis and coaching. Demonstrating understanding in Oracle HCM Cloud and transactions undertaken by the HRSS team, ensuring that KPIs/ service level agreements are met / exceeded. Providing leadership to the team, supporting regional HRSS team to increase their knowledge, skill and competence. Planning the future development of services, engage and influence opportunities and monitor implementation. Manage and coach regional HRSS team through new/changing processes, systems and procedures. Assist HR SS leads optimizing their resource levels across the HRSS team, ensuring sharing of knowledge and multi-skilling. Accountable for ensuring 100% compliance with the Global Privacy Policy. However, in time and after Company Way roll out in all regions, this will grow as we add in more tasks across all HR disciplines (HR Operations / Learning & Development / Reward/ Talent Acquisition / Analytics) Responsible for delivering HRSS provision in line with agreed budget Knowledge & Experience Strong people management and leadership experience ideally in a large outsourced Shared Services environment. Experience of growing and managing an evolving a global HRSS Organizationel. Experience of growing and shaping service capability, delivering outstanding HRSS solutions to business needs. Management of virtual work teams in an international environment. Well-developed stakeholder management skills, and experience in working within a global environment. Experience of implementation/embedding new HR Information Systems including Manager and Employee Self Service. Experience in the automation of HR processes and activities. Experience of Oracle desirable. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Experience of working in a multinational environment. Key Qualifications Graduate of Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology or other relevant degree.
