The role requires that you work very closely with the Global Marketing Team on a variety of projects. Your work will be varied, sometimes working from initial concept and also working on existing creatives and with pre-agreed templates. Your role requires you to work within a global team, supporting a variety of internal and external programs and campaigns. Develop marketing based materials for internal and external use Design and input into the production of a variety of marcomms projects, including; Papers, branded presentation materials inc. PowerPoint and Word documents and event supporting collaterals, web graphics, diagrams, infographics, banners for intranet use, external website ads, social media graphics, editing video and animating text using appropriate software. Work with the regional design Team Leader and Global Head of Graphic Qualifications Qualifications and role requirements Minimum BA in a Graphic Design or Multimedia Arts related course or degree Up to 5 years experience Show solid understanding of typography Show solid understanding of color use for web and print Be able to work within and be creative within set brand guidelines Experience of working in a B2B environment advantageous Outstanding attention to detail Positive ‘can-do’ attitude – willing to get involved and help the team with short deadlines Must possess creative ability – to be able to show concepts and ideas for designs Must be aware of graphic design trends Be able to work creatively from initial briefing, or work on elements of existing campaigns, with existing campaign ideas Be able to switch between working on their own / working as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Strong written and spoken English language skills.
